Validus is a brand designed with true purpose in mind, with the fundamental aim of supporting people who face both mental health and fitness difficulties. The word 'Validus' derives from Latin meaning 'Strong/Mighty' and represents the ability to withstand and progress in the face of adversity.

As mental health becomes increasingly common and the fitness industry continues to grow, we wanted to educate how these two factors coincide with one another in both a positive and negative manner and therefore create a platform which holds an abundance of information for you to use as a tool and help support your journey.

The name itself, meaning to be 'strong' encapsulates the key trait I've had to find in overcoming personal difficulties. It's a symbol of strength through vulnerability, representing the challenges I've faced and the growth that came from them.Validus isn't just about creating products; it's about sharing the lessons I've learned and empowering others to embrace their own stories of hardship and perseverance.
